From the Firehouse

Frank Ruggiero spent years serving the people of New York City as a firefighter, one of the most demanding jobs in the world. When it was time for a new chapter, he traded the firehouse for something a little sweeter.
Frank discovered the Mister Softee franchise opportunity and saw what many others didn't: Charleston, SC was a fast-growing city with a massive demand for event catering and a soft-serve gap waiting to be filled. He acquired the Charleston territory, bought the truck, and hasn't looked back.
Today, Frank personally operates the truck at most events. He shows up early, serves until the last guest is happy, and brings the same discipline and reliability he learned in the FDNY to every single booking.
