How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 2-4 weeks for most events. May through September is peak season and weekends fill up fast. For weddings and large corporate events, 4-8 weeks is ideal. The sooner you reach out, the better.

Our full menu includes soft serve cones (vanilla, chocolate, and twist), milkshakes, sundaes, cartwheels, banana boats, and soda floats. Toppings are included. Dairy-free options are available on request.
Is Mister Softee Charleston licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured to serve events in South Carolina. We provide a W-9 and invoices for corporate and school clients. Just ask when booking.
What if it rains on my event day?
We'll work with you. For weather-sensitive events, we give you a decision call the morning of based on the forecast. If your event needs to be postponed, we'll reschedule to the next available date.
Can Frank serve as a surprise at my event?
Absolutely. Surprise ice cream truck arrivals are a fan favorite. We coordinate all logistics with an organizer and show up right on cue. The reactions are always worth it.
