How do I book an ice cream truck for my event in Charleston?

How far in advance should I book the Mister Softee truck?
For most events, 2 to 4 weeks ahead is ideal. May through September is peak season, and weekends book fast. Weddings and large corporate events should book 4 to 8 weeks out to secure your date.
What does an ice cream truck event cost in Charleston?
Neighborhood and HOA events start at $5 per person. Private events like birthday parties and graduations start at $7 per person. Weddings and corporate events receive custom quotes based on guest count and service window.
How many guests can Mister Softee serve at one event?
Frank can serve 100 to 300+ guests per hour depending on the menu selection. For larger events, he'll walk you through a service plan so no one waits long.
What areas of Charleston does Mister Softee serve?
Mount Pleasant, Charleston, James Island, West Ashley, North Charleston, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Johns Island, Summerville, and Nexton. Travel fees may apply for distant locations.
Can Mister Softee do a surprise arrival at my event?
Absolutely. Surprise ice cream truck arrivals are one of Frank's specialties. He coordinates with the organizer, shows up right on cue, and delivers a moment your guests will talk about.
What menu items does the truck offer?
Soft serve cones, cartwheels, milkshakes, sundaes, soda floats, and banana boats. One topping is included per serving. Dairy-free options are available on request.
Is Mister Softee Charleston insured and licensed?
Yes. Fully licensed and insured to operate in South Carolina. W-9s and invoices are available for corporate clients and schools.
