Mount Pleasant wrapped up the Pitt Street Bridge Micromobility Improvements in summer 2025, and in March 2026 AVM Group announced a national headquarters on Wingo Way, a $5 million investment that includes a public walking trail and pocket park. The town won a 2024 Municipal Association of South Carolina Achievement Award, and The Venue MTP opened at East Cooper Plaza, adding a 9,000 square foot performing arts center to the east side of the Cooper.
